So Hum Housing opportunities (SHO) has received a grant from the state of california to provide rental assistance to unhoused living in Southern Humboldt. We will use money from this grant to guarantee monthly rentals in advance and security deposits while tenants get back on their feet. Participants will be thoroughly vetted and landlords will be given an opportunity to interview tenants in advance. In addition, our clients will recieve personal case managers to support their success.

SHO is looking for available rentals in Southern Humboldt area, particularly in Garberville and Redway to place participants in permanent housing
